Unfortunately I've had to assign some of you final grades of INC because as of today, the very last day I could wait before submitting final grades, you had not completed one or more of the items listed on your CPN 100-301 Requirements Checklist.
As we talked about during the last week of class, and again as is spelled out in on p. 5 of the course syllabus (roll over the "course" link above and click on the "syllabus" link in the pop-up menu), if you received an INC you'll have to finish the work for our course and get your incomplete cleared before the start of the Spring 2010 semester or you won't be allowed to stay in a section of CPN 101--Writing Studies II. Just get in touch with me when you've made up all your work for our course and I'll submit the paper work to clear your incomplete, and I'll be available to help you throughout the rest of this month and during January.

I've now finished grading all the in-class essays that were properly submitted through WriteSPACE's Digital Dropbox. For how to view my comments and grade on your in-class essay, see my post of 9/26/09 below.

Because we covered in class yesterday how to use Word 2007's grammar checker, I require that henceforth any revisions of the first multi-draft essay must also now be spell- and grammar-checked with those same Grammar Only "Require" settings that I'm asking you to use with your revisions of the second multi-draft essay (see step 3.C. of the "submission" section of the second essay assignment page, which you can view by rolling over the "essay assignments" link above and then clicking on the "multi-draft essay #2" link on the pop-up menu).

When I finish grading your in-class essay, if you did it on the computer and submitted it through WriteSPACE's Digital Dropbox I'll send it back to you through your Digital Dropbox also, and you'll know you've received it when you see something like the following:
Then you just click on the graded in-class essay link either to view or to download the file, and note the other link I give you to a page that will help you if you can't see my comments inside your Word document. Please keep checking your Digital Dropbox as it may take me quite a while to get all of your essays graded (I'll post an announcement here when I do have them all done and returned).
